Getting to the Stadio Olimpico for Oasis
Take tram 2 from Piazzale Flaminio to Piazza Mancini, then walk about 15 minutes across the Ponte Duca d'Aosta to the Stadio Olimpico. Buses 910 (from Termini) and 32 (from Ottaviano) also stop nearby. Rome has no metro station at the stadium.
Tram 2 to Piazza ManciniRecommended
From Piazzale Flaminio (metro A Flaminio) the tram runs up Via Flaminia to Piazza Mancini in about 10 minutes, then it's a 15-minute walk over the river.
Bus 910 from Termini
A direct bus from Rome's main station to Piazza Mancini. Very crowded on concert nights, so travel early.
Bus 32 from Ottaviano
Connects metro A Ottaviano–San Pietro with the Foro Italico area, convenient if you are staying in Prati or near the Vatican.
Walk from Prati or Flaminio
About 30 to 40 minutes along the Tiber from Prati or Piazza del Popolo. On a warm night it can be the most reliable way back.
Taxi
Official white taxis can get you close, but traffic around Foro Italico is restricted on event days. Arrange pick-up away from the stadium after the show.
Flying in: Rome Fiumicino (FCO)
Rome Fiumicino is about 30 km from the Stadio Olimpico. The Leonardo Express train runs to Roma Termini in about 32 minutes; from there take bus 910 towards Piazza Mancini. Ciampino, used by some low-cost airlines, is linked to Termini by shuttle bus.
Driving and parking
Traffic and parking around the Foro Italico are extremely limited on concert nights and much of the area becomes a restricted zone. Use public transport or taxis.
Getting home after the show
Expect very long queues for trams and buses after the show. Many fans walk back towards Flaminio or Prati and catch the metro from there; check when metro line A closes on the night you are going.
